Greetings fellow hostesses! If you’re looking throughout this website, then most likely you love to entertain just as much as I do. In planning various get-togethers, parties and events over the years, my friends and I continuously found it difficult to find different and unique items to make our parties more interesting and fun. I wanted to provide items to add something special to our parties without spending a ton of money – hence the development of HostessJo.com!

We offer items to make any get together special and one-of-a-kind. From our pewter serving ware to our distinct gift ideas, we hope you'll find something special for your next event…most importantly though, we want you have fun hosting!

Shipping Information: Your order is very important to us and we try very hard to satisfy all of our customers. We can usually ship all in stock orders within 48 hours. If an item is temporarily out of stock, you will receive an email telling you about the delay within 48 hours of placing your order. If for any reason we will not be able to ship your order in a timely fashion, we will contact you by email and you will have the option to wait for the item or cancel the order. Credit cards are not billed until the order is ready to ship so under no circumstances will you be billed for an item that is out of stock.

We usually ship via UPS Ground as we have found this to be the most economical for our customers. Cost of shipping is determined at check out by weight and dimensions of the shipment.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

If for any reason you are disassatisfied with your purchase please contact us within 10 days for return instructions. Your purchase must be returned within 30 days from the date that we shipped to you. A refund will be credited to the credit card used to make the purchase. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable except in the case of broken or defective merchandise.
